1. Chest fly
Anchor the tube behind you. With straight, but not locked, arms. Bring hands together in front of your chest.
2. Standing row
Anchor at chest height. Pull handles toward your ribcage, keeping elbows close.
3. Biceps curl
Stand on the tube with feet hip-width apart and curl both handles upward.
4. Triceps extension
Anchor overhead. Extend elbows fully without flaring them.
5. Glute kickback
Anchor low. Loop the tube around your foot and press backward, squeezing glutes.
Repeat the circuit 2–3 times for a full-body session that works anywhere.
