1. Start with 10–20 kg

Pick a level that feels challenging but allows controlled reps.

2. Slow squeeze + slow release

Close the handles fully, hold for a second, then release with control. Avoid snapping open quickly.

3. 3 sets of 12 per hand

Switch hands between sets. Rest briefly if needed.

4. Increase resistance weekly

Move up the slider gradually as your grip improves.
